  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, dried oregano, smoked paprika, olive oil, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  2. Add chicken breasts and steak to the bowl; coat them thoroughly in the marinade.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a resealable bag. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is recommended).
