Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 6-ounce salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 0 teaspoon black pepper

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the glaze evenly over the tops of the fillets.
