A delicious and easy recipe for glazed salmon fillets that are baked to perfection.

- 4 6-ounce salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 0 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper until smooth.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon the glaze evenly over the tops of the fillets.
- Bake the salmon for 12–15 minutes, depending on thickness, until it flakes easily and glaze is bubbling.
- Serve immediately with your choice of sides, and spoon any extra glaze over the top.
Notes
- This recipe can easily be doubled for more servings.
- Try adding a squeeze of lemon on top before serving for extra flavor.
