Description

Delicious peanut butter cookies loaded with mini chocolate chips and Reese’s peanut butter cups.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups quartered miniature Reese’s peanut butter cups
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375ºF.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together the peanut butter and salted butter until well blended.
  3. Mix in dark brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, egg, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Gradually add the flour and mix just until incorporated.
  5. Stir in the Reese’s peanut butter cups and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets using a cookie scoop.
  7. Lightly press down each dough ball with a glass dipped in sugar to shape them.
  8. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 3-5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature butter.
