Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package Italian Dressing Mix
  • 10 to 12 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 13 oz quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 12 oz sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a 6-qt Slow Cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  4. Return to slow cooker and stir.
