- 1 8-ounce wheel brie
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 0 cup dried cranberries
- 0 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry sheet.
- Place the brie in the center of the pastry. Top with cranberries, pecans, and drizzle with honey.
- Fold the corners of the puff pastry over the brie, completely enclosing it. Flip so seam side is down.
- Brush the entire wrapped brie with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
