Delicious puff pastry bites filled with creamy brie and tart cranberry sauce.

- 24 squares puff pastry
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Let puff pastry thaw until pliable and cut into 24 squares.
- Press one pastry square into each muffin tin well.
- Add a small cube of brie to each, followed by a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle pecans and thyme on top if using.
- Brush pastry corners with egg wash.
- Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden and puffed.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm or at room temperature.
