Delicious cheesy beef sliders made with ground beef and topped with cheddar cheese, perfect for parties or a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package Hawaiian rolls
- 6–8 slices cheddar cheese
- ½ small onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- to taste sesame seeds (optional)
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brown ground beef with diced onion, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess grease.
- Stir in ketchup and mustard.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them.
- Layer cooked beef evenly over the bottom half.
- Add cheddar slices on top.
- Place the top half of rolls back on.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to add other toppings like pickles or jalapeños.
