Description

Delicious cheesy beef sliders made with ground beef and topped with cheddar cheese, perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 68 slices cheddar cheese
  • ½ small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • to taste sesame seeds (optional)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with diced onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess grease.
  4. Stir in ketchup and mustard.
  5. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half without separating them.
  6. Layer cooked beef evenly over the bottom half.
  7. Add cheddar slices on top.
  8. Place the top half of rolls back on.
  9. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle sesame seeds if using.
  10. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes until golden.
  12. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
