Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 fresh mozzarella balls (ciliegine size)
  • 20 fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 20 small skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer.
  2. Add a folded basil leaf.
  3. Slide on a mozzarella ball.
  4. Repeat layers if skewers are long enough.
  5. Arrange skewers on a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Finish with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor.
