Description

Deliciously baked Norwegian salmon fillets, perfectly seasoned and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 (6 oz) fresh Norwegian salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with dill and garlic powder.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving with fresh lemon wedges.

  • Fresh lemon wedges can be served for added flavor.
