Deliciously baked Norwegian salmon fillets, perfectly seasoned and easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 4 (6 oz) fresh Norwegian salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice; sprinkle with dill and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving with fresh lemon wedges.

- Fresh lemon wedges can be served for added flavor.
